I. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for weak current implementation planning, drawing refinement, or detailing;
2. Communicate with users technically to ensure that implementation requirements are met;
3. Complete the writing of building intelligence implementation plans, and the organization of acceptance materials;
4. Responsible for project acceptance, responding to customer project maintenance requests, and responsible for user satisfaction;
5. Responsible for the audit response of implementation from the bidding stage to ensure that the project meets the audit requirements;
6. Responsible for formulating specific implementation plans for weak current system projects, and reviewing electrical drawings and related construction plans;
7. Other related work assigned by superiors.

II. Job Qualifications
1. Junior college degree or above, those with more than 3-5 years of experience in intelligent project management are preferred;
2. Background in architecture, building electrical, weak current, etc., those holding a Class 1 or Class 2 constructor's qualification certificate are preferred;
3. Possess strong communication, coordination, and on-site adaptability;
4. Familiar with weak current industry laws, regulations, standards, specifications, processes, and management procedures;
5. Familiar with the installation and deployment of weak current projects such as integrated wiring, computer room engineering, multi-functional meeting rooms, and medical equipment;
6. Responsible for implementation technical management, with sufficient project management experience and capabilities;
7. Complete the work of various system detailed design, construction drawings, file transfer, and completion settlement document preparation;
8. Familiar with weak current system-related technologies and mainstream products, and possess solid professional knowledge of weak current;
9. Familiar with national weak current-related management regulations, and understand the operation process and specifications of weak current system engineering;

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparing bidding documents (commercial and technical bids) for weak current intelligent projects.
2. Provide pre-sales and in-sales technical support for weak current projects, and participate in bidding technical negotiations.
3. Responsible for deepening design drawings, drawing construction drawings, and outputting drawings.
4. Conduct technical handover of projects with on-site engineers and project managers.
5. Complete various tasks assigned by the leader.

II. Job Qualifications
1. Related majors such as building electromechanical, intelligent, electronic communication, and computer network, with junior college or above education.
2. Able to independently complete the design work of core intelligent weak electronic systems such as structured integrated wiring system, security system, one-card system, and computer network system, including design schemes, system diagrams, and plane construction drawings.
3. Good personal qualities, hardworking, strong ability to withstand pressure, and good mentality.
4. Priority will be given to those with Class I or Class II Constructor certificates.

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Based on the cost composition, charging standards, calculation methods, and preparation procedures of the construction drawing budget, prepare the project budget, completion settlement (final settlement);

2. For design changes, changes in on-site construction methods and material price differences, as well as miscalculations, omissions, and repeated calculations in the construction drawing budget, timely adjustment plans can be made;

3. Audit the progress budget of subcontracting and labor services;

4. In the project sales and bidding stages, provide timely and accurate budget and pricing basis;

5. Project settlement, prepare the project settlement book based on the completion data to determine the final project cost.

II. Job Qualifications

1. More than 3 years of working experience in cost budgeting in intelligent or information technology engineering companies, proficient in using budget quota software, accepting excellent graduates;

2. Priority will be given to those with professional backgrounds in engineering cost, architecture, civil engineering, Internet of Things, intelligent buildings, computer networks, and mechatronics;

3. Basic operation skills of EXCEL, WORD, CAD and PPT are required;

4. Work seriously and carefully, be honest, and actively cooperate with leaders' work arrangements;

5. Priority will be given to those with a cost engineer certificate;

6. Priority will be given to those with a constructor qualification certificate.

I. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the specific implementation of intelligent integration projects;

2. Project technical control, drawing review, construction arrangement, coordination with the client and supervisor, quality and progress control.

3. Able to independently complete the detailed design of system solutions, design drawings, and the production of engineering documents (technical prevention and control review plan, completion documents, user manuals).

4. More than three years of work experience, with the ability to communicate and coordinate on-site construction management and construction.

II. Job Qualifications:

1. Experience in the construction and implementation of weak current systems.

2. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate on-site.

3. Driving license preferred.

4. Junior college degree or above.

5. Familiar with CAD drawing and has a certain level of writing skills.

6. Class 1 or Class 2 construction engineer certificate preferred.
